He has an extensive background in logistics, warehouse operations, medical support services, finance, and administrative coordination, with strong practical experience in supporting field activities, community-facing operations, and project implementation. He previously served as Finance and Administration Officer at the Secretary of State for Youth and Sports, where he gained valuable experience in public administration, financial coordination, institutional support, and stakeholder engagement. He has also been involved in Estrella Resources’ and Iron Fortune’s exploration projects in Timor-Leste, supporting field coordination, logistics, and communityrelated activities. Through Est-Starexa Resources, Limited, he supports community liaison, stakeholder coordination, field logistics, land access support, local engagement, camp arrangements, and project implementation for mining, oil and gas, environmental, and infrastructure-related activities.
